West Jordan Sugar Factory

These are from Friday 1/7/11, I just forgot to put them up.  It has been interesting as I take pictures each day.  There is always at least one person parked, watching the wrecking ball.  They always tell me how crazy, sad, or surprising it is to see it being torn down.  I have realized that the Sugar Factory was a symbol of West Jordan, and somewhat of a historic landmark.  Whatever replaces it has some big shoes to fill.
